New Delhi: As Congress suffered a huge setback in Delhi in the assembly elections, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Sunday sent her resignation to the Lieutenant Governor. Sheila Dikshit, who has been the Delhi CM for the past 15 years, was also trailing behind Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal in her constituency New Delhi by a huge margin.
