Delhi's Lt Governor Najeeb Jung, in his report to the Ministry of Home Affairs, uggested that Delhi be put under President's rule. His

suggestion came after AAP and BJP both refused to form the government. The L-G has also suggested that the Delhi Assembly be kept in suspended animation.
