West Bengal Human Rights Commission chairman Justice (retd) A K Ganguly Wednesday sent an official complaint to the chairman of state law clerk's council after having received a letter from a law clerk of Burdwan court reportedly threatening him to lodge a "molestation" complaint against him. The letter reportedly also termed Justice Ganguly as a "CPM agent".
