Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan on Thursday ruled out action against the politicians involved in Adarsh Housing Society scam saying that no criminality was revealed on their part. Chavan made the statement after the Maharashtra Cabinet partially accepted the Adrash Commission probe report on Thursday after it was earlier rejected on December 20.

There is no action against politicians accused of patronage as no criminality has been revealed. There is no action against Sushil Kumar Shinde, Vilasrao Deshmukh, Nilangekar, Rajesh Tope and Sunil Tatkare," said Chavan.
