Top LJP sources said LJP chief Ram Vilas Paswan spoke to BJP PM candidate Narendra Modi and finalised the alliance. It is learnt that BJP agreed to give Hajipur, Samastipur, Jamui, Vaishali, Begisarai, Munger and Khagaria.

Though LJP had insisted on getting Ara seat in the list of seven, BJP did not concede because former home secretary RK Singh may contest from Ara.
