The Editors Guild of India has issued a statement expressing concern over the growing practice of maligning journalists by labelling them.
The statement came after a controversy broke out over Congress president Rahul Gandhi criticising journalist Smita Prakash, the editor of news agency ANI for her interview with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on January 1, 2019.
