To mark her protest against the presence of Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa will skip the swearing-in of Prime Minister-elect Narendra Modi on Monday. Sources also say that she will not be sending any representative for the event as well.

Meanwhile, Tamil students are also protest in Chennai against the visit of the Sri Lankan President.
