Goa PWD Minister Sudin Dhavalikar, who had triggered a debate on Monday by saying that women visiting pubs in short dresses was against the Indian culture, now wants bikini banned on the beaches of Goa.
Dhavalikar met Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar and said that he stood by his comments. He added that women wearing bikini should be banned from beaches in Goa.
