A delegation of BJP leaders on Friday met the Election Commission regarding by-polls in JandK and Uttar Pradesh. BJP leader JP Nadda said that the BJP expressed its fear of deteriorating voter numbers in Jammu and Kashmir and discussed ways by which free and fair polls can be held.
