The International Border with Pakistan remained tense on Wednesday as firing continued in 7 sectors of Jammu and Kashmir - Hira nagar, Sambha, Arnia, RS Pura, Kanachak, Pargwal and Ramgarh. However, there are no reports of firing along the Line of Control.

Heavy firing exchange erupted Tuesday evening between Pakistani and Indian troops along the International Border and Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir in which a JCO and two other armymen were injured.
