Delhi Police on Wednesday filed its chargesheet in a city court against the driver of US-based cab service provider Uber, 19 days after he allegedly raped a 27-year-old woman executive.

The chargesheet was filed against 32-year-old Shiv Kumar Yadav for the alleged offences punishable under sections 376 (rape), 366 (kidnapping or abducting woman with an intent to compel her for marriage), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of the IPC.
