Ahead of Delhi Assembly elections, BJP chief ministerial candidate and former IPS officer Kiran Bedi on Wednesday made the 25-point programme for women safety in the city.

A comprehensive 25 point programme involving the 6Ps - People, Police, Prosecution, Politicians, Press, and Prison.
