Raising the stakes in its fight with the Lt Governor, AAP government on Saturday decided to call a two-day ’emergency’ session of the Delhi Assembly from Tuesday to deliberate on Centre’s notification giving absolute powers to him in appointment of bureaucrats and issues of police and public order.
