The crisis in the national capital escalated Friday after the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) issued a notification underlining that the Lt Governor is the “administrative head” of Delhi and “services” are out of the purview of the government. The AAP government hit back, saying it was seeking legal opinion and could move court to undo the “wrong” and the way Delhi had been “back-stabbed”.
