Late last night a traffic constable was kidnapped by dumper driver after he stopped him for checking at Shankar Road in New Delhi.
Standing staff gave notice to the PCR to followed the truck by a dozen of the area began to pursue it.

After a hour long chase police caught the dumper at the Jhandewala in area.
