The Aam Aadmi Party on Thursday staged a protest outside the residence of Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani demanding her resignation over her fake degree issue. Security was tightened to stop the agitated protesters from entering Irani’s house. Irani had become a part of controversies regarding misrepresentation of her educational qualifications in the affidavit filed during elections.
