Delhi police filed an FIR in case of assault on delhi police ASI by a turkish women. FIR has been filed under section of IPC 186 AND 353. Delhi police approached Turkish embassy yesterday in the prob against the turkish women who slapped a delhi police ASI last Friday. Women can be a diplomat.
