With students of the prestigious Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) persisting with their indefinite strike, the iron hand of authority became
visible after the FTII director issued a sternly worded notice calling upon the agitating students to call off the boycott or face serious administrative
action.
While the students have been issued informal warnings, this is the first time since the June 12 strike that a formal notice has been put out.
