In a big big blow to Teesta Setalvad, the Mumbai Sessions Court rejected the activist and her husband's bail plea. Teesta now faces arrest even as she cried conspiracy calling the verdict a move to intimidate and eliminate her. Remember this is in connection with the FCRA violation case filed against her by the CBI after her ngo was accused of illegally receiving foreign funding. Teesta has now sought for a stay on the verdict to ensure.
