In a move thats bound to rile the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi further. The Lieutenant Governor has stonewalled the attempts of the Arvind Kejriwal government to constitute a special commission to look into the circumstance of the murder of a young girl in central delhi. The AAP government which has called a special one day session today to discuss the law & order situation in the national capital & to constitute a special commission on safety & security of women in Delhi has been told in no uncertain terms by the lg that the law & order & police are reserve subjects & only the LG working in tandem with the ministry of home affairs has exclusive jurisdiction over them.
