Barely a couple of months before the polls. Bihar is seemingly back to its lawless state of jungleraaj. Unidentified goons chased a BJP worker and shot him dead in cold blood in Patna's bylanes on Thursday morning. The BJP worker was identified as Avinash Kumar. According to police, Kumar was shot dead when he was on his way to a tea shop near a temple in Salimpur Ahra locality. Police have got closed-circuit television footage from a temple which showed the attackers chasing and shooting Kumar. After the BJP worker was chased and shot dead, protests in Patna.
