Under attack for delaying the tabling of the Jan Lokpal bill in the Delhi legislative assembly, the ruling Aam Aadmi Party on Wednesday cleared the anti-graft legislation -- an issue on which the party was formed three years ago. "There was a big movement in the country to bring a strict Lokpal. There was a need for a strict Lokpal which would be more than a slogan and a mere formality," Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said.
