A shocking incident of Child Abuse has been caught on camera in the state of Tamil Nadu. In the video, a man can clearly be seen forcing a cigarette in a child's mouth and then lighting it. The child inhales the smoke and immediately starts coughing. All this while the onlookers cheer and laugh. This is yet another edition in a cruel saga that does not seem to end in Tamil Nadu. Only a few months ago, a video went viral in which a group of men forced a child to consume alcohol.
