Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday said his government would initiate action against JD(U) MLA Sarfaraz Alam, who allegedly misbehaved with a woman on the Dibrugarh-New Delhi Rajdhani Express. "Action would be taken against Sarfaraz Alam, as such conducts cannot be tolerated," Chief Minister Kumar told the media.
