After Delhi police allegedly went soft on RK Pachauri. Now they have failed to conceal the victim's identity. Filing its status report to the Delhi High Court, the Delhi Police named the victim. Not once but thrice! Interestingly the status report states that TERI Officials tried to reach an out-of-court with the victim.
