Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam signed a memorandum of understanding on Tuesday on the transfer and escort of prisoners or detainees from Sabah and Sarawak through Brunei and the transfer and escort of prisoners or detainees from Brunei through Sabah and Sarawak.
