Info from Licensor: "A customer brought in their vehicle for an airbag recall. I, as the mechanic, had no idea how to access the airbags in this car. The customer did not inform us that their car was modified, modified being an understatement. We had to turn the customer away. He already had everything he needed because he was able to go into 'back to the future' before the car accident happened."
