Shane Larkin produced one of the outstanding performances of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season to take the starring role as Anadolu Efes Istanbul downed FC Barcelona Lassa 92-70, moving a game clear of the Spanish side in fourth place and also claiming the head-to-head tiebreak advantage between them.
Larkin came off the bench midway through the first quarter and immediately hit 2 three-pointers as the prelude for a sensational display. He finished with a career-best 37 points – the EuroLeague's highest tally in more than six years – and registered a performance index rating of 43 – the second-best of the season – to take the MVP award for Round 25.
