It is the Health Ministry's last resort to operate the non-profit Mawar Haemodialysis Centre in Seremban, says Deputy Health Minister Dr Lee Boon Chye.
He said the ministry would rather have a private entity run it. The centre has run into financial problems and was forced to cease operation in Feb 2019.
