Caracas (Venezuela), Mar 12 (EFE).- (Camera: Jackdwin Sáez). Communications Minister Jorge Rodriguez said Tuesday that electric power had been "almost fully" restored around Venezuela after a massive blackout starting late last week affected most of the country.
