Good afternoon, Korea is in the grip of Kkot-saem-choo-wee which literally means cold weather jealous of flowers, a brief spell of cold weather that comes around in early spring. But the short cold snap will ease in the afternoon and daily highs will be similar to yesterday.
But you will want to take an umbrella with you on your way out. Light rain or snow is in store for most areas, starting from the capital area and spreading to central areas tonight then southern regions after midnight. The rain could turn into snow due to colder temperatures.
Mountainous regions and inland regions could see up to 8 centimeters of heavy snowfall while Seoul and the Chungcheong-do Provinces will receive light rainfall of less than 5 millimeters.
A mix of rain and snow is in store for Friday as well, next week we'll have typical early spring weather back.
