Beto O'Rourke Was a Member of An Infamous Computer Hacking Group Reuters reports the 2020 presidential candidate belonged to "Cult of the Dead Cow." The "hacktivists" are best known for letting people break into early Microsoft products. While in the group, O'Rourke was known by the moniker "Psychedelic Warlord." He is said to have joined "Dead Cow" at only 15 years old. O'Rourke then ended his affiliation when he started attending Columbia University three years later. The Texas politician says being apart of the group helped influence his stance on many issues, particularly Net Neutrality. Beto O'Rourke, via Reuters
