Fugitive liquid baron, Vijay Mallya has once again tweeted trying to clear his stand over the non-payment of PSU banks & other creditors. Mallya tweeted that he made negotiation offer and was ready to pay off the PSU banks & other creditors but the Karnataka High Court rejected his offer.
