Most of North Korea's liaison officers have returned to the inter-Korean contact office at the border.
Seoul's Unification Ministry says,... since Thursday, there are roughly nine North Korean officers working at the joint liaison office -- an increase from around five earlier this week.
Before the temporary withdrawal, the North had ten officers at the office.
Despite their return, the South and North Korean ministers at the office did not have a face-to-face meeting this morning.
That's because the North's minister did not show up and the deputy minister has been absent since mid-March.
The ministers are supposed to meet every Friday.
However, the last time they actually met was in late February.
