This compilation features some of the earliest videos of this franchise, including ultrarare footage from the very 1st Live. The performance shown here, of Bandori's first original song 「Yes! BanG_Dream!」, was the first time anyone heard the song in public.

All the clips here are from what some fans call the Betadori era.

The first manga 「BanG_Dream!: Star Beat」 served as the basis for the original character designs, which were vastly different from how they are today. Within half a year, four Lives were held. Betadori came to an end when the franchise underwent a major renewal in 2016 that encompassed a rework of the characters, a dropping of the underscore in the franchise name, and a reset of the Live count back to zero.
