Ingredients:
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Caraway
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
5 Tomato (puree)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 1/2 cup Black Lentil (soaked & cooked)
1/4 Kidney Beans (soaked & cooked)
Salt
2 cups Water
1 tbsp Fenugreek Leaves
2 tbsp Cream
Method: First, Add Butter, Oil after butter melts add Caraway, Garlic (chopped. Once the garlic turn golden colour put Tomato (puree), now let it cook for 5 minutes.
After tomato cooks properly add Turmeric powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Seeds Powder, Cumin Seeds Powder, Garam Masala with Black Lentil (soaked & cooked) & Kidney Beans (soaked & cooked) added to the mix, now add Salt on this add 2 cups of Water. Now, let it cook for 40 mins and add Fenugreek Leaves. Mix it properly and add Cream. Mix it again and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, don't forget to add Butter and mix it. Add cream on top of the Dal for decoration and Now your Dal Makhani is ready to be served.
