The Counter Terrorism (E8) Division of the Bukit Aman Special Branch was awarded the Star Sterling Service Award 2019 for its efforts in keeping the country safe from terrorist threats.

The award was presented by Star Media Group chairman Datuk Fu Ah Kiow at the Bukit Aman police headquarters in Kuala Lumpur witnessed by acting Deputy Inspector-General of Police Comm Datuk Seri Abdul Hamid Bador on Monday.
