बुधवार को राफेल को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसला सुना दिया है. केंद्र की नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से झटका मिला. सरकार की आपत्ति को कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट बुधवार को राफेल मामले में नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार की उन शुरुआती आपत्तियों पर फैसला सुनाया. जिसमें कहा गया है कि डील से जुड़े विशेषाधिकार दस्तावेजों पर उसका अधिकार है. इसके अलावा सुप्रीम कोर्ट डील से जुड़े दस्तावेजों को देखेगा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने रक्षा मंत्रालय से लीक हुए दस्तावेजों की वैधता को मंजूरी दे दी है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राफेल सौदे में तीन दस्तावेजों को स्वीकार करने की अनुमति दी. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि अगली सुनवाई में पुनर्विचार याचिकाओं पर विस्तार से सुनवाई करेगें.



Rafale controversy: The Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed the Centre’s preliminary objections seeking review of earlier judgment giving a clean chit to the Narendra Modi-led NDA government at the Centre in the controversial Rafale deal. The apex court allowed the admissibility of three documents in Rafale deal as evidence in re-examining the review petitions filed against the SC’s December 14 judgment refusing to order probe in procuring 36 Rafale fighter jets from France. The Supreme Court said that “as far as the question of hearing of review plea on Rafale judgment is concerned, it will give a detailed hearing later on”. The court will now fix the date for hearing review petitions on Rafale.
