India votes today in the first phase to choose the 17th Lok Sabha and a new Prime Minister. Ninety-one Lok Sabha constituencies spread across 18 states and two union territories are voting today. Out of the seven phase polls, the first phase includes all seats in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
