Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said the revised deal with China for the East Coast Rail Link was not related to the Malaysian government’s hunt for fugitive financier, Jho Low.

Speaking to the press on the ECRL project on Monday, Dr Mahathir said Malaysia was taking advantage of the signing of the agreement to work out the purchase of palm oil from China.
