How to Fix 'Discovered 0 items' when trying to delete a file in Windows 10?

Step 1: Right click on the 'Taskbar'.

Step 2: Click on 'Task Manager'.

Step 4: Now, find the 'Windows Explorer' under 'windows processes' section.
