Seoul Botanic Park has officially opened its doors to the public after 6 months of test operations.
The park in Gangseo-gu District, in the west of the capital, is the first botanic park in Korea
It is made up of greenhouse, forest and lake areas, as well as a wetland area that is open to the public for the first time.
The greenhouse has an admission fee of about 4 U.S. dollars, and entry to other areas is free of charge.
Seoul Botanic Park will hold an opening event on May 11th.
