Essar Steel's major shareholder, Essar Steel Asia Holdings Ltd (ESAHL), moved National National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Tuesday, seeking rejection of ArcelorMittal's Rs 42,000 crore bid for the bankrupt company, alleging that its promoter Lakshmi Mittal "suppressed vital facts".
