Keri nu Athanu is very famous Gujarati raw mango pickle sweet and sour mango pickle. Also known as Kache Aam ka Achar to other parts of the country.
Simple to make delicious to taste, Raw Mango pickle is must for the summer in every house hold.

Ingredients:
Raw Mango
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tbsp Salt
3-4 tbsp Kora Masala
Oil
Method: Lets start with peeling a Raw Mango, then cut into small pieces (as shown in the video) and put it in the bowl. Now add Turmeric Powder, Salt and let it be for 3 hours so all ingredients soak into each other properly. Arrange them into the cloth (as shown in the video) and then dry the raw mango for two days under the Sun. After two days, put it back in the bowl and add Kora Masala. Now let it soak in for half n hour, add the Raw mango into the Jar then add Oil to completely fill the jar and your Gujarati special Keri Nu Athanu Recipe / Kache Aam Ka Achar is ready for the summer.
