Kori’s goal is to help Muslims go green this year for Ramadan, particularly during community Iftars. It's a beautiful tradition, but it causes a surprising amount of waste. To reach her goal, Kori created Zero-Trash Iftar Kits. She hopes they'll spark community-wide conversations about a more sustainable Ramadan.
