Washington's special representative for North Korea Stephen Biegun is at South Korea's foreign affairs ministry at the moment to discuss the latest developments surrounding the peninsula.
After first meeting minister Kang Kyung-wha,... Biegen is set to hold the Seoul-Washington working-group meeting with his counterpart Lee Do-hoon.
That meeting was expected to focus on South Korea's plans to send humanitarian food aid to the North,... but Pyeongyang's recent firings of projectiles is now likely to top the agenda.
Biegun is also expected to visit Seoul's Unification Ministry and the Blue House this afternoon.
