Conflicts can be avoided in the Muslim world if all parties adhere to Islamic teachings, says Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

He said this at the breaking-of-the-fast event at the Malaysian Islamic Welfare Organisation (Perkim) on Friday.

Dr Mahathir also reminded Muslims to continue with their good deeds even after the fasting month to set a good example to all.
