The Colombian rider Fernando Gaviria Rendon (UAE Team Emirates) won Stage 3 of the 102nd Giro d’Italia, 220km from Vinci to Orbetello. Arnaud Demare (Groupama – FDJ) and Pascal Ackermann (Bora – Hansgrohe) finished second and third, respectively. Elia Viviani (Deceuninck – Quick-Step) was first in the sprint but was relegated by the Jury.
