The Prime Minister today returned to Varanasi on a thanksgiving tour. He was welcomed by long queues of people dotting the route by which the Prime Minister passed by. The Prime Minister began his Varanasi tour with a visit to the Kashi Vishwanath temple, following which he will address the crowds. An informal roadshow may take place, and requisite security is in place to ensure everything goes smoothly.
