Three decades have passed since the Tiananmen Square crackdown, but many people in Hong Kong still vividly recall joining a “million-strong” march in the city to support the student movement in Beijing. To Hongkongers who have been fighting since 1989 for a vindication of the June 4 movement, letting go of their memories is not an option.
